What You'll Do:
We’re looking for a Commercial Pre-Sales Consultant who understands the Business Central landscape and knows how to turn business challenges into compelling solutions that win deals. This role sits at the heart of our growth: combining commercial thinking, solution expertise, and storytelling to help customers see the real value of what we offer. This is not a purely technical role. It’s about influencing decisions, shaping deals, and driving impact.
Partner closely with Sales to drive new business across EMEA
Lead customer discovery sessions and uncover business needs
Translate requirements into impactful solution designs and demos
Deliver engaging presentations, demos, and workshops
Support and co-own the full sales cycle
Build value propositions and business cases
Contribute to proposals, RFPs, and commercial strategies
Act as a trusted advisor to customers and partners
Collaborate with Product, Delivery, and Partner teams
What You Need to Be Successful:
Minimum - 3+ years of proven experience in a similar role within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV) market.
Proven track record of supporting or closing deals and achieving targets
Strong commercial mindset
Experience with consultative and challenger selling
Ability to translate business needs into value propositions
Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills
Fluent in Dutch and English (mandatory)
Entrepreneurial mindset and ownership
Strong relationship-building skills
Experience with proposals, negotiations, and deal structuring
Nice to Have
Experience selling Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / Navision
Knowledge of the Microsoft partner ecosystem
Experience working with partners and service organizations
Additional European languages
