What You'll Do:
As a highly driven and energetic Sales Representative, you will leverage your expertise in enterprise business applications sales to drive software deals in mid-market and enterprise accounts across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) while being based in the Netherlands.
In this role, you will contribute to our growth ambitions in the DACH market, focusing on winning new customers and expanding our presence. You will use modern, digitally enabled sales approaches to position and sell our cloud add-on solutions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (F&SCM).
You will also play an important role within the Regional Revenue Team, working closely with the Partner Development Manager, Customer Success Manager, and Marketing Manager to grow the business in the DACH region.
Key Responsibilities
Drive new business development in the DACH region by selling our Microsoft Dynamics 365 add-on solutions directly to customers or through our partner network.
Build trusted advisor relationships with enterprise customers and partners to ensure long-term success and satisfaction.
Collaborate closely with the Partner Development Manager and Customer Success Manager to accelerate market growth in the region.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline while ensuring CRM hygiene, accurate forecasting, and effective account planning.
Become a subject matter expert for one of our portfolio solutions and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to drive adoption and revenue growth.
Develop compelling business-value-driven proposals that clearly articulate customer impact.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional solutions and services.
Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close strategic deals.
What You Need to Be Successful
4+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, preferably within ERP, SaaS, or Microsoft Dynamics ecosystems.
Experience selling to mid-market and enterprise customers, ideally in the DACH region.
Fluency in English required; German is highly preferred.
Strong business development and prospecting skills with a proven ability to build pipeline and close complex deals.
Experience with MEDDIC / MEDDPICC or similar sales qualification frameworks.
Ability to build strong relationships with C-level stakeholders and key decision-makers.
Skilled in value-based selling, including upselling and cross-selling solutions.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
