What You'll Do
As a Microsoft Dynamics Business Central Product Specialist, you will engage with potential clients to deliver compelling product demonstrations, contribute to product roadmaps, develop training materials for partners, and act as a liaison between partners and the product team. You'll collaborate with sales teams on proposals, assist with RFPs, gather market feedback, and support partners in selling Business Central solutions.
This dynamic role combines pre-sales, product management, and partner enablement, requiring an entrepreneurial mindset and passion for learning as you help grow our Microsoft Dynamics practice.
At STAEDEAN, pre-sales is part our product organization to help drive a product value-led approach, ensuring that customer insights directly influence product development. This strategic alignment allows our pre-sales team to contribute to roadmap prioritization and feature development, enabling us to deliver tailored solutions that meet market demands and drive customer success.
Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Sales:
- Engage with potential clients to understand their business needs and challenges
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client requirements
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop proposals and solution designs
- Assist in responding to RFIs and RFPs with functional information
- Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations and proof of concepts
Product:
- Gather and analyze market feedback to inform product improvements
- Contribute to the development of product roadmaps and feature prioritization
- Collaborate with the Product Owners and product team to enhance product functionality
Partner Enablement:
- Develop and deliver training materials for partners in the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem
- Support partners in understanding and effectively selling Business Central solutions
- Act as a liaison between partners, sales and the product team
- Train partners on how to demo and position Dynamics 365 Business Central effectively
- Conduct webinars, workshops, and hands-on training sessions to educate partners and prospects
- Create documentation, best practice guides, and other enablement resources
What You Need to Be Successful (Minimum Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Strong interest in business software and technology solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for learning and innovation
- Fluency in Dutch and English
- Experience in a customer-facing role or product management is a plus
