As a product manager you play a primary role in defining and setting the vision, strategy and roadmap and feature definition for your products within its domain and you ensure that they are aligned with the overall STAEDEAN strategy towards the future. You are responsible for guiding the success of your offerings and will guide the cross-functional team that is responsible for building and improving it.

You are an experienced presenter and evangelist of your domain and offerings, who is easily able to present the vision and direction internally, on events, at customers, partners and other stakeholders world-wide. Furthermore, you play a vital role in the marketing of your product portfolio.

What You as a Product Manager will Do:

• Develop and maintain the long-term vision, strategic direction, and product roadmap, ensuring alignment with STAEDEAN’s overall business goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, customers, and internal stakeholders to gather insights, validate needs, and ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Act as a visible ambassador for your product domain—confidently presenting product offerings, updates, and achievements at internal meetings, customer events, and industry forums.
• Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to drive product development, feature enhancements, and continuous improvement.
• Leverage direct feedback from users, partners, and market trends to define and prioritize product features and improvements that deliver real value.
• Work closely with the marketing team to craft positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for the product portfolio.
• Measure and analyze product performance using KPIs, customer feedback, and usage data to inform iterations and ensure continued product success.

What You Need to Be Successful:

• 3+ year experience in the Dynamics F&SCM eco-system is non-negotiable.
• Strong experience in Business Applications across the Microsoft Ecosystem.
• Experience with data related products and offering. From data integration over data quality to compliance and security requirements for processed data in enterprise domains.
• Experience in understanding how customers want to buy and use an offering.
• Strong Business Development and Presentation skills
• Being able to conduct primary market research to create focus and depth around understanding of the target customer.
• Be accessible, open to engage and talk with every individual in the organization.
• Understand the different teams and roles in the organization and understand their position.
• Deliver requirements to engineering for product features that support growth goals.
• Serve as the champion of customer insights to guide growth and adoption.
• Execute strategic marketing & sales communications aligned with mission and goals of the domain/product.
• Analytical skills to determine market and trend viability.
• Fluent in English, verbal and written.
• Ability to work with people from different continents.
• Self-driven, motivated individual with the drive and confidence.
• A Team player.
• Availability to travel occasionally (~25%), including occasional evenings and weekends.
• Open for the EU candidates
• Nice to have - knowledge of Data Management Platforms, MS Azure, Life-sciences or Manufacturing.
