We are looking for a Experienced Senior Software Engineer with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to design, develop, upgrade, migrate and enhance integration-focused products. As a core member of the product development team, you will work on creating robust, scalable solutions that enable seamless integration and migration between other systems and Business Central

What You as a Senior Software Engineer will Do:

• Design and develop customizations, extensions, and integrations in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Ensure the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of integration solutions.
• Work closely with product managers, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver integration features.
• Diagnose and resolve integration issues and ensure data consistency across platforms.
• Prepare technical documentation for integration processes, APIs, and workflows.

What You Need to Be Successful:

• 8+ years of hands-on experience with Business Central.
• Proficiency in AL programming languages for Business Central development.
• Strong understanding of APIs, OData, and Web Services.
• Experience with integration tools and middleware (e.g., Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate).
• Knowledge of database technologies (SQL) and data transformation techniques.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, such as Microsoft Azure, along with experience in DevOps, Pipelines, and PowerShell.
• Good to have experience with .NET development (C# or VB.NET) .
• Experience in upgrading to Business Central Cloud from older versions.
• Experience with migration from Microsoft Dynamics GP or other ERP platforms to Business Central is an added advantage.
• Understanding of Business Central architecture, the underlying transactions and business logic
• Understanding of financial, supply chain, and manufacturing modules in Business Central.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to address technical challenges with innovative and practical solutions.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing project priorities and requirements.
• Collaborative mindset, working effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrates ownership of tasks and ensures high-quality deliverables.
• Exhibits thoroughness and precision in all aspects of development.
