What You'll Do:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Developer to join our Build- Engineering team. Experienced professionals in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O development who can independently design, build, and troubleshoot enterprise-scale solutions and preferably handle technologies such as Power Platform, Azure, .NET, and AI.
The successful candidate will take ownership of product enhancements, integrations, and performance improvements, as well as the adoption of AI-powered solution development.
Design, develop, customize, and support D365 F&O solutions using X++.
Build and enhance forms, tables, classes, extensions, data entities, workflows, and SSRS reports.
Design and implement integrations using OData, REST APIs, and Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus).
Perform in-depth debugging, root cause analysis, and resolution of complex production issues.
Take end-to-end technical ownership of assigned modules and features, from design through deployment.
Deliver quality code aligned with defined coding standards and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
Contribute to technical design documents, effort estimation, and solution architecture discussions.
Leverage AI tools such as GitHub Copilot to improve code quality and productivity.
What You Need to Be Successful:
Minimum 3-8 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O development
Strong hands-on expertise in- X++, Forms, Tables, Classes, Extensions, Event Handlers
Data Entities, SSRS Reports, Workflows, Batch Jobs
Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
Strong command of SQL Server — query writing, performance tuning, and debugging.
Practical experience with REST APIs, OData, and integration design patterns.
Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to work independently and own deliverables.
Good to Have (Additional Skills)
Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
C# .NET development experience.
Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Service Bus.
Azure AI, OpenAI, Copilot Studio, or other Generative AI solutions.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
Domain knowledge of Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Rental, or Life Sciences business processes.
