As a Junior Project Manager at STAEDEAN, you will be an integral part of a dynamic project team responsible for delivering software implementation projects within the Microsoft D365 ecosystem. In this role, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with defined scope, quality, and budget.
You will play a key role in enabling organizations to realize the full value of STAEDEAN solutions by driving initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, streamline business processes, and support sustainable growth. Acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, you will help ensure that project deliverables align with client objectives and strategic priorities.
What You'll Do:
As a Junior Project Manager at STAEDEAN, you will be part of a project management team that implements software solutions in the Microsoft D365 space. You will work together with another Project Manager in your team and together to coordinate the effort of a cross-functional team of professionals and collaborate with implementation partners to provide business-impacting solutions for international customers. You will coordinate projects from initiation to successful completion, assist team members, and support customers in their digital transformation journey.
Work with your team to develop project plans to initiate projects.
Manage time and budget, establish priorities.
Successfully build collaboration and assist implementation teams.
Work on projects via both direct and indirect engagements.
Train teams and customers on STAEDEAN project methodology.
Identify risks and formally manage risk mitigation plans in close collaboration with partners and/or customers.
Participate in work order creation, review deliverables, and prepare budgets.
Work with international team members on international projects.
What You Need to Be Successful:
Bachelor’s degree in economics, Computer Information Systems, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field
Strong planning and organizational skills with attention to detail
Effective stakeholder and customer relationship management skills
Good to have Experience supporting or coordinating projects
Exposure to Project Management practices
Proactive problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering quality outcomes
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage across all levels of the organization
Strong presentation skills in English
Quick learner with an open and adaptable mindset
Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends and technologies
Positive, “can-do” attitude with a collaborative and solution-oriented approach
