What You'll Do:
We are looking for a seasoned and talented D365 F&SCM Functional Support Consultant, you will help businesses maximize the potential of our ISV solutions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O&SCM. You’ll collaborate with Product Development and Services teams, transforming ideas into standardized features while ensuring smooth implementation and exceptional customer service. Join a dynamic, expert-driven environment that fosters innovation.
- Serve as the primary contact for customers, providing remote functional and technical support for STAEDEAN solutions.
- Analyze, prioritize, and resolve support cases, delivering effective solutions for global partners and clients.
- Ensure proactive communication and detailed documentation for all support inquiries.
- Conduct functional analysis, collaborate with developers, and deploy solutions for incidents.
- Continuously expand expertise in Microsoft Dynamics AX/365 F&O&SCM
- Replicate issues in standard environments, conduct triage for non-replicable cases, and provide alternative workarounds.
- Maintain professionalism, empathy, and business savvy in every customer interaction.
- Contribute to and enhance the STAEDEAN knowledge base.
What You Need to Be Successful:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Logistics Management, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 4 years of recent functional consulting experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O&SCM.
- Minimum 2 years of delivering support on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O&SCM.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O&SCM functions (Like: Trade & Logistics, Project Accounting, postings, workflows, batch jobs).
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and or Microsoft Entra ID, Azure Infrastructure & Security, Lifecycle Services (LCS) & Azure DevOps.
- Prior functional implementation experience is an advantage
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Familiarity with AI tools like Copilot.
- Team-oriented mindset, with a strong customer and commercial approach.
- Ability to work effectively with international partners and clients.
- Experience in cross-cultural environments is a plus.
- Analytical skills to analyze support requests.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work efficiently and accurately.
- Self-starter that can operate individually and is also a great team player.
- Willingness to continuously improve & develop yourself, and the team.
- Good to have certifications for Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 F&O&SCM (MB-300 / MB-310 / MB-330).
