At STAEDEAN, we’re a Microsoft ISV (Independent Software Vendor) based in Amsterdam, focused on building smart solutions on top of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. We work closely with Microsoft partners and customers to help them get the most out of their business applications.

We’re looking for motivated individuals who want to grow into a pre-sales role — someone eager to learn the skills needed to become a trusted advisor to customers and partners.

What You’ll Learn and Do

This trainee program will help you develop into a confident pre-sales professional. You’ll work with experienced mentors and gradually take on more responsibility as you grow.

Your learning and contribution will include:

Pre-Sales Support

  • Learn how to understand customer challenges and business processes
  • Assist in preparing product demos and presentations
  • Join customer meetings and observe experienced consultants in action
  • Contribute to proposal creation and product walkthroughs

Product & Market Understanding

  • Build a solid understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • Support the team in gathering feedback from partners and clients
  • Learn how product features solve real-world business problems

Partner Enablement

  • Help prepare training content and enablement materials
  • Support partners in understanding and positioning our solutions
  • Join webinars, workshops, and internal sessions to build knowledge and confidence
